About the event
Parenting is such a challenging task but if you have and ADHDer you understand that your kid needs different parenting strategies than their peers. In this workshop we'll talk through how to better understand how ADHD works inside your kid's brain, on-the-ground strategies that will help them with executive functioning, and ways to help through their struggles. You'll also get a chance to connect with other parents who are working through these issues. We'll talk and encourage each other and give you tangible ways of helping your ADHDer grow. Join us!

Josh Thames, LAPC
Josh was a high school teacher and baseball coach for 14 years before becoming a licensed counselor. He now practices in Metro Atlanta and works with hundreds of students and families who struggle with the symptoms of ADHD at school and home.
